The prices for 2025 are as follows: 

March-April 10: 211€. Minimum stay 2 nights.

April 11-21: 250€. Minimum stay 4 nights. 

April 22-May 31: 211€. Minimum stay 2 nights. 

June: 250€. Minimum stay 3 nights. 

July 1-September 14: 319€. Minimum stay 5 nights. 

September 15-December 20: 211€. Minimum stay 2 nights. 

There is a cleaning fee of 100€ paid at check-in in cash. Cleaning is mandatory to preserve the quality of the villa. 

Prices valid for up to 10 persons; for every extra person there is a 30€ fee per night.

Payment for your stay is as follows: A one night deposit by bank transfer at the time of booking; the remaining balance together with the 100€ cleaning fee must be on arrival in cash. If you cancel or do not show up, the deposit will be retained as compensation.
